Counseling Plan Two: Navigate a Phase is designed for when you and your family are navigating a difficult period, regular coaching sessions can help you stay on track so you all reach smoother terrain sooner.

• Cost: $1350 – $1650
• Either a 60 or 90-minute session every other week for 3 months (6 sessions).
• Check-ins, as needed between sessions.
• Access to interim advice via email for my feedback on any parenting situation, answering your questions and concerns anytime between sessions. I will reply quickly to help you navigate immediate situations or pressing questions.

• Specific goals established at the beginning and evaluation and future steps at the end of our time
